Escape to the sanctuary of the spa facilities on the Breathe Deck. Luscious greenery and plants provide privacy in this rooftop oasis. Make use of the sauna, jacuzzi or ice bath at your leisure for fun or therapy, lie back on an inviting recliner, or hop into the outdoor shower.

Shape

Perfect for a refreshing change of scene, the strength and conditioning equipment or the multipurpose exercise space on the Shape Deck provides a unique opportunity for outdoor exercise with a view.

Exchange

The ideal spot for entertaining, the Exchange Deck is complete with a kitchen, integrated BBQ, pizza oven, plenty of seating and a welcome pergola cover to account for any unpredictable weather.

Working from Home

Enjoy exceptional spaces for seamless home-working. Co-working and break-out spaces at The Workshop, as well as private meeting rooms, zoom pods and an outdoor co-working terrace at ground floor combined with seamless wireless connectivity. Plus, tasty treats and excellent coffee from the café will keep you fuelled up!

Health and Wellbeing

Take a work-out inside at our state-of the-art gym or outside on the Shape Deck— our fitness roof terrace. Stretch it out in the yoga & pilates studio, sit down and relax on the Lounge Deck or engage in some hot & cold therapy on the Breathe Deck.

The Yard

At ground floor, The Yard is a perfect space for socialising, relaxing and enjoying resident activities. The central courtyard is an open space to breathe in the fresh air.

The Hangout

Made for evenings in with a difference or rainy days— our games room and lounge. The Hangout offers a games room, lounge, private dining room, Cinema and TV room

The Hub

Make the most of plenty of spaces to chill out—with friends old and new. The Hub at the heart of the building is the centre of our community.

Shape Studios

Workout inside at our state-of the-art gym or take a moment to restore and relax while stretching it out in the yoga studio.

Pet Corner

A special space to wash your muddy pooch’s paws before heading into your home. You will find all necessary washing facilities in a dedicated pet grooming room.

The Parlour

Make the most of these elegant spaces—with friends old and new. A fully equipped private kitchen and dining room, and lounge area, perfect for hosting dinner parties, birthday bashes and special occasions.

Bloom

The beautiful wildflowers, beehives and on our biodiversity terrace, the Bloom Deck, are home to plenty of pollinating insects. Relax in the nature surrounded rooftop dome in good or bad weather.

Lounge

This flexible social terrace can be used how you’d like. Make the most of our moveable furniture and soak up the atmosphere on the Lounge Deck, as you enjoy the best panoramic views of Dublin’s cityscape.
