Our expansive rooftop fitness area is designed to invigorate your mind and body with the benefits of fresh air and natural light. Enjoy the outdoors with our specially designed Bloom Deck which features biodiversity inclusions such as beehives, wildflowers and a residents herb garden. We have also included some additions for your furry friends with a dedicated and enclosed play space. Take in the views of Dublin city as you relax or take a stroll with your pet along the walkway. The perfect location for a midday work break.

Located on the 12 floor, the Lounge Deck is the tallest of our rooftop spaces offering panoramic views of Dublin. Perfect for a sunny day or evening catch up with friends or maybe even an onsite date night! Enjoy uninterrupted sunrise or sunset views over the city with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The Yard

At ground floor, The Yard is a perfect space for socialising, relaxing and enjoying resident activities. The central courtyard is an open space to breathe in the fresh air.

The Hangout

Made for evenings in with a difference or rainy days— our games room and lounge. The Hangout offers a games room, lounge, private dining room, Cinema and TV room

The Hub

Make the most of plenty of spaces to chill out—with friends old and new. The Hub at the heart of the building is the centre of our community.

Shape Studios

Workout inside at our state-of the-art gym or take a moment to restore and relax while stretching it out in the yoga studio.

Pet Corner

A special space to wash your muddy pooch’s paws before heading into your home. You will find all necessary washing facilities in a dedicated pet grooming room.

The Parlour

Make the most of these elegant spaces—with friends old and new. A fully equipped private kitchen and dining room, and lounge area, perfect for hosting dinner parties, birthday bashes and special occasions.

Bloom

The beautiful wildflowers, beehives and on our biodiversity terrace, the Bloom Deck, are home to plenty of pollinating insects. Relax in the nature surrounded rooftop dome in good or bad weather.

Lounge

This flexible social terrace can be used how you’d like. Make the most of our moveable furniture and soak up the atmosphere on the Lounge Deck, as you enjoy the best panoramic views of Dublin’s cityscape.

We love our four legged residents at Newmarket Yards so much that we have created their very own Pet Corner, a dedicated space to clean muddy paws and have a little pampering. We have even got a rooftop space for them to play and exercise on site.

Super-fast Wifi connection that works! Set up for dialling in, downloading and streaming from home. Whether you are working, gaming or just catching up on the latest series on Netflix your connection will be seamless.

Newmarket Yards has a team on site during the day to look after all residents needs and organise fun community events. We also have 24/7 security on site so you have peace of mind that we are there when you need us.
