3. Is there parking available?

Newmarket Yards offers secure on-site parking for both cars and bicycles.

• Underground Parking: We have a limited number of parking spaces available in our secure underground car park. It's best to mention your parking needs to the letting agent as soon as possible to ensure they can accommodate you.

• Bicycle Storage: Ample secure storage is available for bicycles, making cycling a convenient option.

• Electric Vehicle Charging: For eco-conscious residents, we offer a limited number of electric car charging points. Again, inquire with the letting agent about availability.

• On-site rental cars (and a van to assist with your move-in) through our partnership with DriveYou.

4. Do you allow pets?

Absolutely! Newmarket Yards is pet friendly, not only that but we also offer a Pet’s corner to clean your pet’s muddy paws and an exclusive use of a rooftop pet run just for exercising your furry friend.

5. How long can I move in for?

To ensure a comfortable and stable living environment for our residents, Newmarket Yards offers leases with a minimum term of 1 year. The good news is that these leases are renewable, so you can enjoy your apartment at Newmarket Yards for even longer if you choose!

6. Do the apartments and houses come furnished?

Our Newmarket Yards apartments are fully furnished with high-specification finishes and bespoke fixtures and fittings, furniture and appliances. To make it your own home, you'll just need to bring your personal belongings like cutlery, crockery, and bedding etc.

7. Can I have some of the furniture removed?

The apartment comes as furnished; you will be able to add more furniture but not remove any of the furniture already provided. Please note that all furniture provided during your move in, needs to be in place on your move out.

8. How do I book a viewing?

We have two different and easy inquiring processes:

• Or directly using Home - Newmarket Yards contact form.

In either case, be sure to include a brief description of yourself and the type of apartment you're interested in. Our friendly lettings team will then reach out to you to arrange a viewing at a time that works best for your busy schedule.

9. How does the reservation process work?

Once your viewing is completed, you will be sent an invitation email to start your application process. The email will contain a link to our applications’ portal, you will be able to create your account by providing a username and a password.

Please see the list of documents below which the leasing team will require to process your application:
- Bank Statements (with a minimum of three months worth of transactions),
- Government Identifications (e.g. Passport, National Identification card, Driving Licence or Public Service Card),
- HAP approval (If relevant) or other relevant documentation,
- Landlord reference letter,
- Payslips x 3(most up-to-date payslips that reflect a full month’s income),
- Work reference letter (On employer headed-paper stating annual income and job title)

10. I'm unable to visit before reserving - what are my options?

11. What utility bills will I have in NMY?

Wi-Fi and TV package is completely free of charge on your 1st year of rent. Newmarket Yards has an exclusive partnership with Virgin Media, you will be provided with a password at move in to give you instant access!

Newmarket Yards have an exclusive partnership with Pinergy for all apartments. On your move-in date, we will provide a welcome pack, which will contain all instructions on how to set up your Pinergy Pre-paid Account.

Newmarket Yards has partnered with Kaizen Energy to offer exclusive gas rates for residents. To simplify your move-in process, we'll provide a welcome pack with instructions on setting up your gas service. Bills will be conveniently sent directly to you by Kaizen Energy every two months.

12. How do I get deliveries on site?

There is a MyPup Pick Up Point in our Newmarket Yards building. You can use MyPup without any additional cost! MyPup are parcel lockers that allow you to order from any online store and have it delivered in a safe and sustainable manner to the lockers in your building.
